Volleyball Recap: Horizon Science Academy Comes Up Short

Horizon Science Academy was the 3-1 winner over KIPP Columbus when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Hawks came up short against the Jaguars on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Horizon Science Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for KIPP Columbus, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Coincidentally, Horizon Science Academy and KIPP Columbus will both be playing Cristo Rey the next time they take the court. The Hawks will head out to face the Cougar at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Jaguars will host them at 6:30 p.m. on September 2.
