Lovejoy not only won  on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win  since August 19th (when they won  3-0). They blew past the Bishop Lynch Friars 3-0. This was payback for the Leopards, who suffered  a  2-1  loss the last time these two teams met.
 Lovejoy never let Bishop Lynch on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-14,  27-25.
 Bella Lopez paced Lovejoy's offense, picking up 18 kills. Lopez got some help from  Camryn Penn and her 17 assists.  Cecilia Fuente controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Lovejoy is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record  this season. As for Bishop Lynch, their defeat  ended  a  three-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 14-6.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lovejoy will face off against Flower Mound at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. After both having extra time off, Bishop Lynch and Hockaday will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another  at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday.
