Volleyball Recap: Midwest Central Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Midwest Central lost against Brimfield back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Raiders fell 2-0 to the Indians.

Midwest Central was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-12.

Anja Nelson was the offensive standout of the match as she had 15 digs and three assists.

Midwest Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Brimfield, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Midwest Central will head out to face off against Athens at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brimfield, they will square off against Annawan at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
