Volleyball Recap: Niles Comes Up Short

If Niles was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Plainwell last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Vikings lost 3-0 to the Edwardsburg Eddies on Thursday. The Vikings have struggled against the Eddies recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Niles' defeat dropped their record down to 13-18. As for Edwardsburg, they pushed their record up to 28-8 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Niles will face off against Coldwater at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Edwardsburg, they will challenge Marshall at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
