Jabrae Howard leads Marshall County to victory over Hickman County

Recap: Marshall County Tigers vs. Hickman County Bulldogs
It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but the Marshall County Tigers ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They came out on top against Hickman County by a score of 72-64. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Jabrae Howard was his usual excellent self, going 9 for 12 from beyond the arc en route to 32 points and 1 assists. Those 32 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Marcus Oneal, who scored 12 points along with six assists and six rebounds.
The victory makes it two in a row for Marshall County and bumps their season record up to 7-2. As for Hickman County, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.
Marshall County will take on Siegel in a holiday battle at 4:00 p.m. on Friday at. Hickman County won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Waverly Central at 7:30 p.m. on December 19th. Waverly Central comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
