Volleyball Recap: Douglas' Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home + How To Watch

If Douglas was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Siuslaw last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Trojans took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Catlin Gabel Eagles on Saturday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Douglas' loss ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-5. As for Catlin Gabel, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-9.

Douglas does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Catlin Gabel, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Valley Catholic at 9:00 a.m. on Friday.
