Soccer Game Preview: Colleton County vs. Hanahan

The Colleton County Cougars will challenge the Hanahan Hawks at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

After dropping their season opener at home, Hanahan is headed out to face a Colleton County squad ready to give their home crowd a win. Colleton County lost 6-0 to Woodland on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Hanahan had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They beat Woodland by a goal, winning 2-1. The win continues a trend for Hanahan in their matchups with Woodland: they've now won three in a row.

Colleton County suffered a grim 6-1 defeat to Hanahan in their previous matchup back in March of 2025. Can the Cougars avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
