Basketball Recap: Strawn Takes a Loss

Strawn lost against Eula back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Strawn Greyhounds were beaten by the Eula Pirates 90-40. While losing is never fun, the Greyhounds can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 758th, while the Pirates are ranked 160th).

This is the second loss in a row for Strawn and nudges their season record down to 15-11. As for Eula, they pushed their record up to 31-2 with the victory, which was their 13th straight at home.

As of now, neither Strawn nor Eula have any future games scheduled.
