Memphis Central had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They secured a 58-53 W over the West Memphis Blue Devils. This was payback for the Warriors, who suffered a 67-47 loss the last time these two teams met.

Memphis Central pushed their record up to 8-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for West Memphis, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.
