            Softball Recap: South Albany Redhawks vs. Dallas Dragons        
        
		
        
        
            After flying high against McKay  on Wednesday, South Albany came back down to earth. The Redhawks came up short against  the Dallas Dragons on Friday, falling  11-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Dragons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  11-1  back in April.
South Albany has also traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-15 record  this season. As for Dallas, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-7 record  this season.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Albany will face off against Corvallis at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. The Redhawks' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Spartans have averaged an impressive 6.6  runs per game this season. As for Dallas, they will take on Lebanon at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. The Warriors have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.87  runs per game on average), something the Dragons will no doubt try to take advantage of.
