Softball Recap: Make It Two in a Row for Tonganoxie

Ten must be Tonganoxie's lucky number: they beat Ottawa with that score not once but twice on Tuesday. The Chieftains didn't even let the Cyclones on the board, marking the Chieftains' second-straight 10-0 shutout. With that win, the Chieftains brought their scoring average up to 6.5 runs per game.

The team relied heavily on Kaylin Wiehe, who went 3-for-4 with five RBI and one double. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. Farrah Halsa was another key player, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
