Basketball Recap: Delran Comes Up Short

Delran lost against Pennsauken back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Delran Bears took a 69-64 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pennsauken Indians.

Delran's defeat dropped their record down to 12-5. As for Pennsauken, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-8.

Looking ahead, Delran will face off against Palmyra at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Delran knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine matches -- so hopefully Palmyra likes a good challenge. As for Pennsauken, they will take on Gloucester City in a tournament on February 15th.
