Soccer Game Preview: Carbon vs. Logan

The Carbon Dinos will face off against the Logan Grizzlies at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Carbon will be looking to extend their current 14-game winning streak.

Carbon is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They never let Providence Hall get on the board and left with a 12-0 win. The result was nothing new for Carbon, who have now won 15 contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Providence Hall from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Malia Smith led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for five goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Logan's game on Wednesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They had just enough and edged out Union 1-0.

Carbon's victory bumped their record up to 17-2. As for Logan, their win bumped their record up to 4-10.
