It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Forge Christian had no problem doing just that on Friday. They put the hurt on the Highland Huskies with a sharp 9-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Fury, who have now won 13 matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.
Forge Christian let Ben McLean and Jonah Boykin run wild. McLean got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two RBI, one run, and one double, while Boykin got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
