Dixie has gone 9-1 against Crimson Cliffs recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Flyers will venture away from home to square off against the Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. Crimson Cliffs took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Dixie, who comes in off a win.

Dixie is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat Hurricane 74-35. With the Flyers ahead 36-15 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Meanwhile, Crimson Cliffs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They came up short against Pine View, falling 47-27. While losing is never fun, the Mustangs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Utah basketball rankings (they are ranked 88th, while the Panthers are ranked 17th).

Dixie will have to keep a close watch on Jayda Alofipo and Josie Myers, a pair of players who had a big impact on Crimson Cliffs' prior game. Alofipo posted nine points in addition to eight rebounds and five steals, while Myers almost dropped a double-double with 11 points and nine boards. Myers is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in each of the last nine games she's played. Preslie Woods also deserves some recognition as she grabbed her first steal of the season.

Dixie's victory bumped their record up to 18-1. As for Crimson Cliffs, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-16.

Dixie beat Crimson Cliffs 59-46 when the teams last played back in December of 2025. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Flyers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
