Volleyball Recap: A.L. Brown Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If A.L. Brown was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Berry on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wonders fell 3-1 to the Stuart W. Cramer Storm on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Storm this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

A.L. Brown started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-18, 25-14, 25-20.

Alycea Conejo paced A.L. Brown's offense, picking up six kills. Conejo got some help from Myla McNeely and her 11 assists. Makenna Auberry controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

A.L. Brown's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Stuart W. Cramer, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 10-6 record.

Coming up, A.L. Brown will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Olympic at 6:30 p.m. As for Stuart W. Cramer, they are taking a road trip to face off against West Lincoln at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
