Baseball Recap: Niagara Victorious

The third road matchup was the charm for Niagara, as they earned their first away win of the season. They had just enough and edged out the Iron Mountain Mountaineers 7-6. The Badgers' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Niagara's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Iron Mountain, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Niagara didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 11-1 win against Wausaukee on the 30th. As for Iron Mountain, they will face off against Kingsford at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
