Volleyball Recap: Tessa Arnott Key Part of Team Effort in Eagles Win + How To Watch

Dunlap won the last time they faced Richwoods and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Eagles came out on top against the Knights by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Dunlap easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-11.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dunlap to victory, but perhaps none more so than Tessa Arnott, who had six kills, five digs, and two aces. That's the most digs Arnott has posted since back in October of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Sam Matheny, who had four digs and two blocks.

Dunlap's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Richwoods, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Dunlap has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Pleasant Plains on the 5th. As for Richwoods, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Morton on the 4th.
