The MOT Charter Mustangs will venture away from home to take on the Mount Pleasant Green Knights at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Mount Pleasant took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on MOT Charter, who comes in off a win.

MOT Charter took a 12-run loss the last time they faced off against St. Andrew's, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. MOT Charter came out on top in a nail-biter against St. Andrew's on Friday, sneaking past 7-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Mustangs have posted since April 13, 2024.

The team relied heavily on Jayden Cobar, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-3. Graling High was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, Mount Pleasant fell victim to Sanford and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 12-0 to the Warriors. The defeat continues a trend for the Green Knights in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost four in a row.

Mount Pleasant now has a losing record of 1-2. As for MOT Charter, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
