After a string of three wins, Campbellsville's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 7-3 to the Taylor County Cardinals. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cardinals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-1 two weeks ago.

Campbellsville saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Miley Hash, who went 2-for-4 with one run.

Campbellsville's loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Taylor County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-5-1.

While Campbellsville had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
