Baseball Recap: Auburndale Bloodhounds vs. Lake Gibson Braves

Auburndale won against Discovery last Friday with six runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The Bloodhounds came out on top against the Lake Gibson Braves by a score of 6-3. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 11-1 back in February.

Jacob Bolin made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Those nine strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.
