Football Recap: Amaris Bazemore and Olivia Grant Lead the Defense for South Plantation Win

On Wednesday, the South Plantation Paladins got the win against the Hollywood Hills Spartans by a conclusive 28-6. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Paladins.

McKenzie Livermore had a dynamite game for South Plantation, rushing for 144 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.0 yards per carry, and also throwing for 118 yards and two touchdowns.

South Plantation didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Amaris Bazemore and Olivia Grant.

South Plantation's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, South Plantation will square off against South Broward at 4:30 p.m. on February 26th. As for Hollywood Hills, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 32-12 loss against Deerfield Beach on the 24th.
