Liberty hasn't lost a match since January 3rd, a trend which continued in their latest game on Friday. They were the clear victor by an 8-0 margin over the Big Spring Steers. Given the Patriots' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 313th, while the Steers are ranked 722nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Liberty has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-1-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 36 goals over those six games. As for Big Spring, they dropped their record down to 0-7-1 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Liberty will square off against Sweetwater at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Liberty is facing Sweetwater at the right time seeing as Sweetwater is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Big Spring, they will face off against Snyder at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
