Softball Recap: Harvest Prep Comes Up Short

Harvest Prep fell victim to Berne Union and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Rockets, falling 21-0. Having soared to a lofty 19 runs in the game before, the Warriors' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Harvest Prep's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Berne Union, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Harvest Prep will venture away from home to face off against Fairfield Christian Academy at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Berne Union, they will head out to challenge Bishop Rosecrans at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. The Rockets are facing the Bishops at the right time seeing as the Bishops are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
