Gianna Williams, Sarasota's leader in stolen bases on the season, led the team again on Tuesday. Williams wasn't messing around, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run. The match was her third straight with at least one stolen base.

Williams and Sarasota will head out to face off against Venice at 7:00 p.m. on the 8th. Sadly, Williams' big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Sailors' four-game streak of wins at home. With the streak broken, Williams and the Sailors surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into the 8th's match.
