Volleyball Recap: Corbett Takes a Loss

Corbett lost against Banks on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Cardinals fell just short of the Braves by a score of 2-1. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Corbett has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season. As for Banks, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-5.

Corbett didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against La Grande on the 11th. As for Banks, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Neah-Kah-Nie on the 13th.
