Baseball Recap: Palacios Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Palacios proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by ten) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Rice Consolidated Raiders 9-7. The win was familiar territory for the Sharks, who have now won three matchups in a row.

Palacios' victory bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Rice Consolidated, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-6.

Palacios wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 14-9 loss against Columbus on the 18th. As for Rice Consolidated, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-1 defeat against Tidehaven on the 18th.
