It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Martins Mill Mustangs had no problem doing just that on Monday. They breezed by the Indians on the road to the tune of 91-44. Martins Mill has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 18 matches by 21 points or more this season.

Jak Kinder was his usual excellent self, going 7 for 14 from beyond the arc en route to 27 points and 1 assist. Another player making a difference was Travis Baber, who scored ten points along with eight assists and six rebounds.

Groveton lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Billy Thomas, who scored 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Bryon Thomas, who scored 11 points.

Groveton struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only four offensive rebounds. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Martins Mill pulled down 21 offensive rebounds.

The victory was the 12th in a row for Martins Mill, bringing their record for this year to 30-4. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 33.3 points.
