The Menaul Panthers entered their tilt with the To'hajiilee Warriors with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. Menaul came out on top in a nail-biter against To'hajiilee on Friday and snuck past 49-47. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win Menaul has posted yet this season.
Charli Boatman continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 23 points along with eight steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last six games she's played. Mikayla Sierra was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with eight rebounds.
Menaul pushed their record up to 9-3 with that win, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for To'hajiilee, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-6.
Menaul will be playing in front of their home fans against Monte Del Sol Charter at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Monte Del Sol Charter comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for To'hajiilee, they will head out on the road to take on Northwest at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
