Basketball Game Preview: Littlerock Lobos vs. Knight Hawks

Littlerock has won nine straight games at home, while Knight has won nine straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Monday. The Littlerock Lobos will welcome the Knight Hawks at 6:30 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Friday, Littlerock didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Palmdale, but they still walked away with a 40-36 win. Given the Lobos' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 310th, while the Falcons are ranked 1090th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Knight challenged Lancaster on Friday. Knight breezed by Lancaster to the tune of 84-57. The Hawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Littlerock has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.3 points per game. As for Knight, their victory bumped their record up to 19-5.
