Wickenburg Christian Academy had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top against the Gila Bend Gila Monsters by a score of 5-2 on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Lion sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Xavier Moralez was excellent, going 2-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one double. Braden Dickinson was another key player, going 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Wickenburg Christian Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .429. They are undefeated (11-0) when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
