Football Game Preview: Davenport North Wildcats vs. Western Dubuque Bobcats + How To Watch

Davenport North is preparing for their first conference matchup of the season on Friday. They will host the Western Dubuque Bobcats at 7:30 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Friday, Davenport North made easy work of Davenport Central and carried off a 26-2 win. The victory continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Blue Devils: they've now won seven in a row.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Western Dubuque). They took down Decorah-North Winneshiek 35-17 on Friday.

Davenport North's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Western Dubuque, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
