Basketball Recap: Reed Olsen Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Sky View

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Logan walked away with it. They walked away with a 63-56 win over the Sky View Bobcats on Wednesday. This was a revenge game for the Grizzlies: when they faced off against the Bobcats last Friday, they had to take a 50-48 defeat.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Logan to victory, but perhaps none more so than Reed Olsen, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and ten boards. Olsen is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last 15 games he's played. Another player making a difference was Ethan Woolley, who went 7-for-12 on his way to 18 points.

Logan's victory bumped their record up to 7-16. As for Sky View, their loss dropped their record down to 13-11.

Looking ahead, Logan will face off against Dixie at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Dixie has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Sky View does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
