Volleyball Recap: Windham Comes Up Short at Home Against Waterloo

Windham unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Waterloo Vikings on Saturday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it six in a row.

While Windham had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-21, 25-18.

Windham wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Chalker on the 19th. As for Waterloo, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Memorial on the 19th.
