Volleyball Recap: Summit Christian Academy Gets the Win

The Summit Christian Academy Eagles beat the Trenton Bulldogs 2-0 on Saturday.

Charlee Pollard paced Summit Christian Academy's offense, picking up 13 kills. Pollard got some help from Rilyn Richards-Hamburg and her 17 assists. Richards-Hamburg was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Summit Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 7-8-2. As for Trenton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-15-1.

Summit Christian Academy has already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Chrisman on the 27th. As for Trenton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Brookfield on the 29th.
