Navarre and Niceville are an even 5-5 against one another since November of 2015, but not for long. The Raiders will head out on the road to face off against the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Navarre has given up an average of 35.4 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Navarre came up short against Pace on Friday, falling 41-21. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 233rd, while the Patriots are ranked 25th).

Meanwhile, Niceville was not the first on the board on Friday, but they got there more often. Everything went their way against Milton as they made off with a 45-21 win. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Navarre better keep an eye on Jakobe Gilyard. He was instrumental in Niceville's win, rushing for 193 yards and four TDs. With that strong performance, Gilyard is now averaging an impressive 109.6 rushing yards per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Robert Oliver, who picked up 138 receiving yards and one score.

Niceville now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Navarre, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-8.

Navarre took a serious blow against Niceville in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, falling 35-7. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Raiders were down 35-0.
