Soccer Game Preview: Azle vs. Polytechnic

The Azle Hornets will venture away from home to face off against the Polytechnic Parrots at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Azle turned things around against Eastern Hills on Saturday. Neither they nor the Highlanders could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw. The result was nothing new for Azle as the team haven't won a game since January 10th.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Polytechnic was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They fell just short of Benbrook by a score of 1-0.

With that draw, Azle's record moves to 4-6-2. As for Polytechnic, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4-1.
