Volleyball Recap: Aberdeen Central's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Aberdeen Central was the 3-1 winner over Stevens when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Golden Eagles fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. The loss put an end to the Golden Eagles' undefeated start to the season.

When it comes to explaining why Aberdeen Central lost, don't look at Taylin Kleffman. Despite the final result, she had 29 digs and three assists. Kleffman is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 22 or more in each of the last four games she's played dating back to last season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Aberdeen Central fell to 2-1. As for Stevens, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
