Basketball Recap: Duncan Takes a Loss

Duncan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were dealt an 86-41 loss at the hands of the Del City Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Demons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 342nd, while the Eagles are ranked 47th).

Duncan's defeat dropped their record down to 3-21. As for Del City, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season.

Coming up, Duncan will head out on the road to take on Elgin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Del City does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
