Softball Recap: Peru Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Peru won the last time they faced Plattsburgh and things went their way on Monday too. The Nighthawks walked away with a 13-10 win over the Hornets. Winning may never get old, but the Nighthawks sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Peru's victory bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Plattsburgh, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-8 record.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Peru will challenge rival Northeastern Clinton at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Plattsburgh is set to square off against their familiar foe Saranac at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
