Basketball Game Preview: London Red Raiders vs. Kenton Ridge Cougars

London and Kenton Ridge are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2019, but not for long. The London Red Raiders will be playing in front of their home fans against the Kenton Ridge Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Kenton Ridge took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on London, who comes in off a win.

On Monday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, London beat Greeneview 48-44. Given the Red Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 178th, while the Rams are ranked 484th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Kenton Ridge took on Springfield on Saturday. Kenton Ridge came up short against Springfield, falling 74-49. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Cougars have suffered since January 30th.

Kenton Ridge now has a losing record at 3-4. As for London, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.

London was able to grind out a solid win over Kenton Ridge in their previous meeting back in February, winning 56-48. Does London have another victory up their sleeve, or will Kenton Ridge turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
