MAST Charter II entered their tilt with George Washington on Thursday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Eagles.

MAST Charter II took George Washington into a fifth set where they got it done with a nine-point win. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 26-24, 25-18, 19-25, 15-6.

Ava Foster paced MAST Charter II's offense, picking up eight kills. Foster got some help from Sherlyn Del Orbe and her 13 assists. Liliya Verdanidze and Alayjah Babilonia kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with eight aces apiece.

MAST Charter II's win bumped their record up to 12-4. As for George Washington, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-7-1.
