Basketball Recap: Tripoli Takes a Loss

Tripoli was the 56-54 winner over Rockford when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tripoli Panthers fell to the Rockford Warriors 53-48. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tripoli's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Rockford, they moved to 1-16 with that victory, which also ended their 19-game losing streak.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Tripoli Panthers face off against the Janesville Wildcats at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Rockford has already played their next contest (against Clarksville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
