Basketball Recap: Roseville Comes Up Short

Roseville lost against Park Center back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Roseville Raiders lost 89-66 to the Park Center Pirates. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 172nd, while the Pirates are ranked 49th).

This is the second loss in a row for Roseville and nudges their season record down to 8-17. As for Park Center, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season.

Roseville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Park Center, they have already played their next matchup, a 72-68 loss against Maple Grove on the 7th.
