Yuma hadn't done well against Dysart recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Yuma Criminals snuck past the Dysart Demons with a 59-55 victory. The win was nothing new for the Criminals as they're now sitting on five straight.

Yuma's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Bonnie Amador, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten steals. Amador is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Tyleigh Jim was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 13 points and nine boards.

Yuma pushed their record up to 11-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.7 points per game. As for Dysart, they moved to 13-10 with that loss, which also ended their eight-game winning streak.

Yuma wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 61-16 victory against Tempe on the 4th. Dysart has also already played their next contest (against Peoria), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
