Fayetteville won the last time they faced Bentonville and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 9-3 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won 12 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Fayetteville is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record this season. As for Bentonville, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Fayetteville is set to take on their familiar foe Har-Ber at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (the Bulldogs have won nine straight at home dating back to last season, while the Wildcats won four straight on the road), something that'll have to change. Meanwhile, Bentonville will challenge rival Rogers Heritage at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
