Atlanta extended their winning streak to five on Friday, bumping them up to 5-1. They came out on top against the Jefferson Bulldogs by a score of 22-15. This was payback for the Rabbits, who suffered a 43-14 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Atlanta to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jayden Riley, who picked up 60 receiving yards and one touchdown, and also rushed for 59 yards and one TD. Riley was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 60 yards.

Atlanta didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Jefferson to a completion percentage of just 47.8%. That dominant aerial defense primarily came from two players: Kason Byrd and Majik Fortson, who each logged two passes deflected. Atlanta wasn't nearly as limited: they posted one of 63.2%.

Atlanta's defense didn't let Chance Washington, get away unscathed either: they got into the backfield for five sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Kameron Williams and Cj Whaley, who racked up four sacks between them.

As for Jefferson, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3. Despite 67 more yards than Atlanta, the Bulldogs couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Although Jefferson took the loss, they still got scores from Washington and Lemarion Douglas.

Atlanta wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 35-0 victory against Sabine on the 10th. As for Jefferson, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 45-7 win against White Oak on the 9th.
