Basketball Recap: Cokeville's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home

Cokeville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a hard 58-39 fall against the Rich Rebels. The matchup was a 23-23 toss-up at halftime, but the Panthers couldn't quite close it out.

Cokeville's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-3. As for Rich, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cokeville will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Encampment at 3:00 p.m. on January 17, 2025. As for Rich, they and Grace will face off at 4:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
