Basketball Recap: Hackleburg Wins Going Away Against Lynn

Hackleburg hadn't done well against Lynn recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Hackleburg Panthers strolled past the Lynn Bears with points to spare, taking the game 57-41. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 61-46 last Monday.

Hackleburg is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points per game. As for Lynn, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Hackleburg didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 78-52 win against Phillips on the 13th. As for Lynn, they will be playing at home against Addison at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Addison will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Lynn surely won't give up without a fight.
