Soccer Recap: Aurora Takes a Loss

Aurora came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 5-1 to the Lexington Minutemen. Aurora haven't had much luck with Lexington recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Aurora's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Lexington, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Looking ahead, Aurora will challenge Waverly on Saturday. Aurora are facing Waverly at the right time seeing as Waverly are stuck on a three-game losing streak. Lexington does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
